What do you do with journals when they’re done anyway
Do you keep them for people to open one day
When you make a new entry do you find yourself writing to that audience -
prospective customers to your circus of internal monologues and first world problems?
Do you find yourself unable to say even what you truly think
Even in the solitude of dead trees and ink
Out of fear or guilt or sadness or shame
Is that why at the bottom you don’t sign your name?
